Bought or sold 13 properties and looked at many others and have never seen a realtor go above and beyond normal realtor duties to help make a deal happen like Vincent did. And Vincent did it on several different occasions. He is skilled and handy and uses his skills to help close deals. I am also very impressed with his ability to pass on information. To take it from a potential buyer through their realtor and gets info and passes it on to me and then takes my comments or questions and passes them back and can keep all facts and concerns straight. I really can't say enough about Vince. He went above and beyond to get my grandmother's house ready for sale. He and his wife even went so far as to clean the basement after a severe rainstorm as I am out of state and couldn't get to it. He remained steady and positive after we had it under contract three different times. If you need an expert real estate agent to help sell your property in Ohio, Vince is your man.
